  • Estimated delivery time to the UK: 5–10 business days (may vary due to customs procedures).

3. Shipping Carriers
We use trusted international carriers such as DHL, UPS, and Royal Mail.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
  • Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods.

5. Customs & Import Duties

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT applicable in the UK are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Qestry Ltd. Şti. is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

6. Order Tracking

1. Return Period
Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

2. Return Conditions

  • Only unopened and unused products are eligible for return within 14 days.
  • The product must be in its original packaging and in resellable condition.
  • Opened or used items, especially hygiene or health-related products, are not eligible for return.

3. Return Process

  • Once approved, the product must be shipped back to us.
  • Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Refunds

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
