1. Parties
This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between:
Seller: Qestry Ltd. Şti.
Buyer: The ব্যক্তি who places an order through our website (“Customer”).
By placing an order, the Customer agrees to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
2. Subject
This Agreement governs the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically through our website, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
3. Products and Pricing
- Product descriptions, prices, and availability are listed on our website.
- Prices may change without prior notice.
- The price at checkout is final and binding.
4. Payment Terms
- Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers.
- The Customer agrees to provide accurate billing information.
5. Delivery
- Orders are shipped from Türkiye to the United Kingdom.
- Processing time: 1–3 business days
- Delivery time: 5–10 business days (subject to customs clearance)
- Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the Customer.
6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
- The Customer has the right to request a return within 14 days of delivery.
- Only unopened and unused products are eligible for return within 14 days.
- Opened, used, or hygiene-related products are non-returnable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
7. Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
8. Cancellation
- Orders may be canceled before shipment.
- Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the return process must be followed.
9. Liability
- The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by customs or incorrect shipping information provided by the Customer.
- The Seller is only responsible for delivering the product as described.
10. Force Majeure
The Seller shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its control (natural disasters, war, strikes, etc.).
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
12. Acceptance
By placing an order, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement.
